A minimum of twelve (12) credits and two semesters (not including summer semester) must be completed at Touro University – CA in order to be recommended for a degree or certificate/credential.

Transfer applicants must follow the regular application and admissions procedures with two additional requirements:

  1. 1.Official documentation outlining the content of all courses eligible for transfer must be provided by the applicant. Official documentation may be the course description from an institutional catalogue or the official course syllabus.

  2. 2.A letter of recommendation from the Dean or Program Director at the institution from which the student is transferring must be provided by the applicant, attesting to the applicant’s academic standing.

A personal interview is required for any student seeking transfer into the Graduate School of Education.
