All programs are modeled after the elements found in exemplary leadership development programs across the nation.  The credential program is the core curriculum of the Master of Arts degree with emphasis in Educational Leadership.

Curriculum

1. ‣Integrated, problem based, and real-world curriculum
   

2. ‣Students participate in one course at a time for six weeks, allowing for focused study and deep learning and reflection.
   

3. ‣25% of class time is on-line
   

4. ‣Mentoring and action research projects at the student’s school site
   

5. ‣Experienced and passionate teaching staff consisting of knowledgeable school leaders 
   

6. ‣10 courses-30 units for Preliminary Administrative Services Credential-One Year
   

7. ‣2 courses or 6 additional units for the MA in Educational Leadership
